I forgot my password what do I do?
Please click ‘forgot password’ on the login screen and a password reset link will be emailed to the email address you use for the Paytient Payments platform
How do I cancel a payment plan?
Once the patient has given the required notice, please email our support team and we will cancel the schedule for you straight away.
How do I create new membership plans?
Visit the ‘Create new membership plan’ tab, it will open a data entry box. This is where you create your new membership plan, including an introduction, benefits and price. Don’t forget to make the plan ‘Active’ before you finish.
How long does it take for the money to be deposited into our clinic bank account?
We make regular deposits into your bank account, 2/3 days after the direct debit collection. You will receive a payout statement from our partner NUAPAY with every deposit, detailing the breakdown of patients and the amounts paid.
How do I change my clinic bank details?
Please contact us to make this change Please do not email us bank details.
